D-Bus interface for snapper

• New D-Bus interface

• Snapper split into client and server

• Snapperd is started on demand by dbus-daemon
• Snapperd does operations only allowed by root
• e.g. file revert is still done by clients

• Allows non-root users to work with snapshots

• Access based on Unix user and group
