Samba 4.x performance

This is using CFLAGS="-O2 -w" CC='gcc-4.9' environment variables and configure.developer. Other versions:

• With no specified optimisation
• Tracking an ldb change
• A year in master

All times are normalised to Samba 4.0, except the join tests which are normalised to Samba 4.1 (it seems the join tests have spurious times for 4.0 due to uncaught failures).
